The Rabbinical Centre of Europe Hosts 16th Annual Chuppah and Kiddushin Training Course in France
The course was led by Rabbi Eliyahu Bar Shalom, Chief Rabbi of Bat Yam and author of the Mishpat HaKetubah series. Community rabbis from France and other European countries participated in several days of intensive study, concluding with a comprehensive examination.
The Rabbinical Centre of Europe (RCE) has concluded its sixteenth comprehensive course on Chuppah and Kiddushin in Paris, France. This latest program reflects the organization’s ongoing dedication to serving Jewish communities throughout European Jews, has concluded.
The Chief Rabbi of Paris and member of the European Rabbinical Council, Rabbi Yitzchak Guggenheim, participated in the course and held an extensive Q&A session with the participants about conducting kiddushin ceremonies in modern times.
The course was hosted by the rabbi of the Tunisian community of Beit Boujade and representative of the RCE in France, Rabbi Shmuel Chouri.
Rabbi Arie Goldberg, CEO of the RCE, stated that this course is part of their yearly program of rabbinical training seminars for European rabbis.
