Activity kit for the month of Iyar “LET’S GO COUNT”
The children will prepare for Chag Matan Torah in this kit and will learn about the days of the Sefirah and the customs that we perform then.
In the first session, the children will get to know MULTI’s family and think about how many days there are in the Omer counting while enjoying a challenging field activity in which they will get to know the customs of the Sefirah.
In the second session, the children will learn about the story of Pesach Sheini and the Mitzvah of visiting the ill in which they will have to identify who the ill child and make him happy with a special game.
The third session is enlarged in honor of Lag Ba’Omer. The children will watch an interactive video in which they will learn about Rabbi Shimon’s story, and collect wood in a special game around the colors of the bonfire.
In the last session, the children will learn about the story of Rabbi Akiva and enjoy a social activity involving unity and love of your fellow Jew.
