Rabbinical rulings combined with technology, assimilation challenges and more will be the topics discussed at the annual conference held by the RCE on כ”ב-כ”ד אדר  in Rome. The Rabbis will discover the latest developments concerning the marriage contract data, collect practical tools on dealing with Agunas, receive a list of updates in the kashrus department, and learn technological solutions for Shabbos.

Some of the inquiries include: How do Rabbis spark the Jewish identity of Jews who are not part of the community? How can a Rabbi explain the importance of Jewish Purity to young couples who are far from Religious lifestyle?

Rabbi Jacob Biderman from Vienna and Rabbi Zev Ives will lead a Panel specifically discussing student Kiruv and Mitzvah observance.

The conference will have the honor to host the noted speaker Rabbi Mordechai Noigershal , Rabbi Moshe Halpern, Head of The Torah and Technology Research Center , Rabbi Chizkiyahu Samin, head of  the Chief Rabbinate of Israel Marriage Unit ,and other European Rabbis.

RCE’s Chairman Rabbi Menachem Margolin said:” The Annual conference is supported by the ‘Hulya’ fund, founded by the Matanel fund and run by Mr. Albert Aflalo. Numerous issues will be discussed. The Annual conference has monumental influence on the congregating Rabbis, merging from widespread areas in Europe, while each Rabbi will contribute his experience as the others will benefit from all the combined knowledge.”

Rabbi Arie Goldberg, RCE’s Director General added “We succeeded in recruiting a roster of esteemed Rabbis and known speakers leading in their fields with the goal of providing concrete answers to issues currently dealt with in the European Jewish Communities.”

The conference will be in conjunction with Italian Rabbis, Who have commented that, the European Rabbis conference is a bastion of reinforcement and encouragement for the Jewish communities and Jewish activities in their cities.

Throughout the conference RCE council members will hold a panel and answer Rabbi’s questions.

On Tuesday evening, there will be an elaborate dinner, hosting European Rabbis, local Government officials, and European Union notables, who will speak and make an announcement to be revealed at the dinner itself.
